We’re an independent B Corp certified company established 20 years ago with a team that have over 85 years combined experience providing workplace hygiene and washroom services. Our focus is on creating safer, cleaner environments and making sure busy facilities run smoothly.

From the very beginning, we’ve been dedicated to improving service, safety, and sustainability in our industry. We understand the challenges you face and work hard to provide the best solutions for your hygiene and washroom needs.

We're also passionate about doing things differently when it comes to sustainability. Rather than sending hygiene waste to landfill, we make sure it’s sent to local energy-from-waste (EfW) plants, where it’s turned into renewable energy that helps power homes, hospitals, schools, and businesses.

This certification has been an exciting journey for us, and it’s something we’ve been working towards for the past 12 months. Our team has already made some amazing improvements to our social and environmental performance and they continue to look at ways that can help develop this further and be the best we can be.

Service Excellence

As part of our drive for excellence we have implemented a cutting-edge, Mobile workforce and job management solution. This paperless system supports us to streamline the planning, management, scheduling, and tracking of our mobile workforce.

It provides both us and our clients with a comprehensive, transparent view of operations. Clients can access our portals to see when their next service is scheduled, and on the service day, track vans in real-time to know exactly when the driver will arrive. The system also optimizes route efficiency, helping to reduce carbon footprints by minimizing unnecessary travel.

Additionally, customers can easily access all necessary legal documentation instantly.

Scott Marshall

CEO

Scott has over 25 years’ experience in the washroom industry. He has a passion for driving forward the business by providing outstanding, customer focused solutions and services with a personal touch.

Glenn Marshall

Managing Director

Glenn has over 17 years of industry experience and works closely with the senior management team to ensure the continuity of the exceptional levels of service Liberty is known for.

Mark Pollock

Commercial & Key Account Director

Mark optimises business efficiencies, ensures commercial viability,and introduces new technology and innovations.And is the primary Director for our key customers.

Mark Sutton

Service Director

Mark ensures all clients enjoy the seemless and flexible service delivery that Liberty customers come to know and love. Mark heads up a team of 33 service techs and fitters.

Stephen Bourdet

Director Of Sales & Strategic Partnerships

Stephen oversees the external operations managers and sales teams. He focuses on driving the business forward with both new and existing clients, while also fostering the growth and development of our teams to help them reach their full potential.

Tracey Miles

General Manager

Tracey serves as Liberty's General Manager, overseeing the overall management and internal operations of the company.

Michelle Salt

Operations Manager

Michelle liaises with suppliers to maintain stock levels and works with the Routing Manager and Service Team to plan installations and uplifts. She has over 15 years of experience in the Washroom Industry.

Victoria Orr

Head Of Finance

Victoria is responsible for Credit Control and Liberty’s Accounts. Victoria has in-depth knowledge of finances, the Washroom Industry and Liberty's customers.

Emma Gibbs

Routing Manager

Emma works alongside the Operations team to ensure that Liberty’s drivers are always working on the most efficient routes possible. We affectionately call Emma our ‘walking Sat Nav’.

Kathleen Marshall

Training & Audit Manager

Kathleen is responsible for all training of field operatives as well as carrying out regular audits of our clients sites after our service team has visited, to ensure our service levels remain the best in the industry.
